According to the gender and age of your family members add your family's total minimum one year supply of fruit in cup equivalents. What is a cup equivalent?   In general, 1 cup of fruit or 100% fruit juice, or 1/2 cup of dried fruit can be considered as 1 cup from the fruit group. Please note that a cup equivalent is not always equal to the serving size on a food package label.
